Michelle has a very professional but kind and approachable manner about her.  I knew early on after signing with her that she was a very experienced real estate agent. Even though I had a number of challenges throughout the process of selling my two condos (within 3 months), Michelle remained calm, positive and encouraging, which put me at ease.
